Capital Family Practice is pleased to offer the convenience of online scheduling for our patients. This service is available only for current patients; new patients can call our office at 512-306-8360 to schedule their first appointment. Please note that online scheduling is for acute, non-emergency, and yearly appointments only. If you require immediate medical attention, a same-day, in-depth, or mental health appointment, please all our office. Please note that the email box that processes online appointment scheduling requests is monitored Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30 pm. Requests received after that time will be processed the next business day.
Online Appointment Scheduling Process:
- Click the link below to complete the “Online Appointment Request”. Please be thorough in the “Reason for Appointment” text area so we can ensure adequate time for your appointment.
- Submit your “Online Appointment Request” by filling in all required text areas, accepting the terms and clicking the ”submit” button.
- You will receive an email stating “Your request has been received”. If your request was sent during our regular business hours, you will receive an email confirming your appointment within the hour. If your request was sent after hours, you will receive an email confirming your appointment the following business day.
- If the appointment time(s) you requested is not available, you will receive a call from our staff with other options.
