Our primary goal at Capital Family Practice is to provide patients with both the very best care and conveniences. Several of our physicians are now utilizing electronic medical records. This provides more access and flexibility for both patient and doctor, due to a direct intergration with patients’ “electronic charts. Both you and your doctor will have instant, 24-hour online access to your up to date medical information via our Patient Portal. This secure online portal functions much like your bank’s secure online website, and utilizes individual usernames and passwords via a secure website to allow you to access your private medical information.
Currently, doctors Patel, Lifshen, and Blair, along with P.A. Kerri Bollman, are utilizing Capital Family Practice’s online patient communication and medical record system, which includes the following features:
- Secure email interaction with doctors, physician assistants, and staff
- Access to your complete health history – including immunizations, medications, and drug allergies
- Downloadable x-ray and lab results
- Prescription refill and appointment scheduling request
- Prompt medical alerts – such as drug recalls or announcements on available services.
