Capital Family Practice is pleased to offer the convenience of online scheduling for our patients.  This service is available only for current patients; new patients can call our office at 512-306-8360 to schedule their first appointment.  Please note that online scheduling is for acute, non-emergency, and yearly appointments only.  If you require immediate medical attention, a same-day, in-depth, or mental health appointment, please all our office.

Online Appointment Scheduling Process: 

1. Click the link below to complete the “Online Appointment Request”.  Please be thorough in the “Reason for Appointment” text area so we can ensure adequate time for your appointment.
2. Submit your “Online Appointment Request” by filling in all required text areas, accepting the terms and clicking the ”submit” button.
3. You will receive an email stating “Your request has been received”.  If your request was sent during our regular business hours, you will receive an email confirming your appointment within the hour.  If your request was sent after hours, you will receive an email confirming your appointment the following business day.
4. If the appointment time(s) you requested is not available, you will receive a call from our staff with other options.

For international travelers, Capital Family Practice provides required and recommended immunizations as well as advice on avoiding local illnesses, managing “jet lag”, and dealing with local pests and other health threats. CFP researches the specific area of interest down to the city or area, obtaining the most up-to-date information to maximize a successful trip for you and your family. Please make an appointment by calling 306-8360 at least 4-6 weeks prior to your departure date and give us your specific itinerary and dates of travel.

Insurances do not routinely cover travel consults and immunizations, so you will be responsible for those costs at the time of your visit.
