At Capital Family Practice we know that coming in for an office visit is not always convenient or necessary. We understand the cost and time associated with in-person appointments. While many healthcare issues do require an office visit and exam, there are instances when you can receive personalized attention from your health care provider – without having to actually come to our clinic.
Through our secure online consultations, you can correspond directly with your physician and staff regarding current healthcare issues, treatments, prescriptions, and test results. New symptoms or health issues will require an in-office appointment. Capital Family Practice’s online consults offer patients the ability to follow-up on health issues with their doctor with maximum convenience and privacy. Currently, Doctors Stephen Blair, Michael Lifshen, and Sadhana Patel, as well as FNP’s Lesa Droste and Radhika Nayak are the providers available for online consultations.
The fee for our secure online consultation service is $25 per session. If you would like to take advantage of this convenient service, please click the “Online Consult” button below. You will be redirected to PayPal to pay the $25 online consultation fee. Once your payment has been processed via PayPal, you will be connected to the “Consult Submission” page. After completing and submitting the “Online Consultation Form,” you will receive a response via email within 3 – 5 business days.
Please note: The online consult service is different than our patient portal, which is a free way for patients to access their health records and receive test results, without corresponding directly with Capital Family Practice’s staff about specific issues or questions. Doctor Daniel Rasor, and Physician Assistant Jamie Fleeger do not provide online consultations.
